Disappointing
I have stayed in a Nestaway property. They don’t listen to any of your complaints. Also they provide bad quality furniture at the start and when you leave, they charge you for the very same item saying that you spoiled it.

Worst app bad system and.
What a worst experience with nestaway homes after many searches physically i came to a building and liked it wanted to rent im Bengaluru then i found its an nest away home i have to pay 1 month brokerage for no reason.. But we agreed and paid everything after moving our booking got cancelled and asking us to pay again every amount like deposit brokerage, 1 month pre rent every thing. And i don't understand why nest away just cancel booking automatically?
Worst Experience
This was my worst of the worst experience. They deducted a cleaning charge of Rs. 1000 from my security deposit which I wasn’t informed during my move-in. They deducted a switch repair charge and fan repair also and that too entirely which should actually had been charged to all the tenants because these were in the common area. They deducted unpaid utility bills which I had already cleared. Had raised the ticket for all the above but they keep on delaying and finally they could not help.
