NestAway

I have had utilised nestaway as a tenant for almost 2 years. One thing ghat i can say for sure that i would recommend it to an enemy who would lose his peace of life while moving in and moving out. We booked a home for 25k rent + maintenance for which they later increased the rent. Weirds things while moving in: 1. Tenant has to pay for documentation and rental agreement 2. Irrespective of what date you give(even of you give their suggested date), the house is never ready on time. We hd the painting being done till 3 days after moving in. The repairs/maintenance went on for a month after moving in. 3. They will cheat you for any money they can get. For instance: as per the rule, you get a freshly painted house. But by their definition, balcony is outside the house, so its not included. You can get it done by paying more. The list is long. Similar experience while moving out of a very well kept and maintained flat: 1. If you house rent is 28k and the new quotes rent (for the person who would move in after you) is 40k, they will deduct 40k from security as painting charges. 2. They will come back with an outstanding from 2 years back (which you were asked to pay in cash directly to the society maintenance committee) stating that thats pending. Were you guys sleeping for 2 years if you think it was pending. Irrespective of if the maintenance committee confirming no dues from your end, they will torture you with calls and mails until you cave in. 3. If you are lucky enough to dig out 2 year old receipts, and ask them to return the amount, they will go deaf and dumb. It would be a herculean task to get them to respond. Several other charges as such and no escalation matrix in place. We once had a call where i mentioned that i might have to file a case in consumer forum if this goes on the same way with no resolution, the support lady just chuckled. Thats the level of customer support you can expect. Simply horrendous.

I am a homeowner and experienced unprofessional behavior with NestAway during the period I leased my flat with them. The bad reviews mentioned by homeowners are genuine and disregarded the reviews and went ahead with NestAway. Do not list your property with these guys unless you have no time and choice in selecting tenants. Even mails to senior management never gets a response.

Customer support from Pavani is awesome. She is prompt with responses.

Our property is with Nestaway from the time it was Zenify. We always had a good experience with Nestaway team in resolving issues. Getting tenants during difficult covid times. Karthikeyan is our point of contact and he is always there to listen to our concerns and get them resolved ASAP.

The app is bit confusing at times but the team at nestaway is rock star . They help with all my queries and special shout out to the relationship manager puja shah for getting all my queries resolved quickly and explaining in detail all the charges .

Worst ever customer support, your relationship manager is so busy that don’t get time in seven days . Assoiation with is you was a wrong decision. Keeping my appartment of home empty is better

I had never ever seen such a bad company. Really bad experience, worst customer support team. I asked to offload my property and return my property keys and I received it more then the agreed time but in that also my property is not in good condition handover. If you are property owner then don’t even think to take Nestaway service.

Have been a homeowner and listed my house with NestAway. Have not been paid rent for the past 5 months. I raised multiple tickets and Nestaway closes it without resolving. The so called relationship manager is not reachable. Am tired of trying to reach them.

The app and the concept of renting out homes is great but you guys need to train your agents. The agents treated me like scapegoat. A strict warning to everyone, don’t trust this app based rentals.
