This app was life changing in my journey to loosing weight and self love and acceptance . I so had many root lies that resulted in me being stuck! In a cycle of loosing weight then gaining and then struggling with awful self talk and overwhelming feelings. I was so uncomfortable when people complimented me. This helped me work on many root lies as I did a few cycles one after another. Most of my cycles took me longer than 40 days to complete but when I finally finished I could see the results! I’ve since lost 15kg and kept it off for last year and half as I know understand what my triggers where and what was the stinking thinking that was stopping me from moving into new season of being set free and feeling empowered! I’d highly recommend it!!!! It’s worth every cent! But you must finish the cycle!!! Sometimes it’s so hard to work through and to be so honest with my journal !!! But the fruits and the true healing is worth it!!!!

This the second time I tackled a toxic thought with the help of Dr Caroline's app. It takes time and dedication because nobody can rush the way the brain changes but it is so worthwile. I felt that I was in a hole of émotion and self doubt on day 1 (and i was sceptic) but the new thought i wrote on day 21 was that of a healed (not perfect) person. I truly feel like a kintsuki pièce of art - the toxic thought and the pain that came with it cant be denied but I experienced how it changed over 21 days into the material that is making me a wiser, healthy person. Where i seriously started to distrust people wanted to hide from them, I feel sensitive and caring towards them now. Nobody is perfect, but those who excels will those who will allow God to mend them into a kintsuki treasure. Thank You Dr Caroline, it was like sitting with a personal counselor each morning of the journey.

Just finished my first 21 day cycle! Wow! I’ve learnt so much!

The neurocycle app is easy to work with. I had no tech issues so far. I’m on day 14 a benchmark day as I write this review. I didn’t think I will get this far but here I am. Working through the toxic thoughts and the result is indeed a positive change in my self talk, perspectives and less emotional warning signals as I work through this neurocycle app. Glad I have invested in myself, I can fully recommend this app of dr. Caroline Leaf. Thank you.
