Just installed app, went through setting up account and app quits before loading, so can’t be used.

Good app and is very useful. The only bad point is it keeps logging me out.

Have emailed support several times now through Nov 2024 . Having multiple vintec’s and running this app has been good. But recently **we don’t have multiple bottle movements at once**(use to apply which was great for shifting complete rows)** **Also auto log in doesn’t work anymore**. Having to log in every time I open App. It seems this app is longer repaired as often. And is getting more difficult to use.

App updated again with bug fixes but the biggest bug - not being able to multi-select bottles with long press - remains broken for the last year. Frustrating Otherwise a good app. Just no traction on getting the multi select fixed.

Love the look of this app, visually really appealing but having to add every bottle individually is an absolute pain.

Hello, I think the app is great and easy to use. However when re organising a fridge is there a way to select a group of wines to move to unshelved so as to re stack in a different order. Currently have to individually select each wine and move to unshelved, which with 50 odd wines in one level takes an extremely long time. Appreciate if there is a way to group select.

Love this app and what it’s done for my “filing system”. The only thing I wish for is if I click on the little tiny photo of the bottle when reading about it the picture should open in a larger view. This would give us a chance to make sure we scanned correctly and just check over other little details... Edited 19 June 2024: The app doesn’t support the cameras in the iPhone 15 pro properly, I’ve reached out to the support feature twice with no response. Impossible to take an in focus photo using the latest iPhone. The rest of the app is great but this is making adding new wines to my collection a much longer and less enjoyable process. Please update the app to work with the latest iPhones.

The feature that allows you press and hold a bottle and then select multiple bottles doesn’t work any more So very painful if you are trying to move many bottles around the cellar - you are forced to click and move one at a time PLEASE FIX THIS!

The update has allowed us to finally create an account after 4 months but now does not recognise any bottles and gives us the good old “oops something went wrong” when you try to manually enter a bottle- $800 for a wine fridge and app to track my bottles down the drain
