Does not work with virtual number and data eSIM
Tried using this with a Hushed number and a data eSIM while out of home country. Does not send OTP to this number and after getting the OTP and logging in, tells me that Ola is not supported no this device - an iPhone 15!! Also, says contact Ola Support - that again tries to login and again the same error. What’s wrong with you guys? Making it so freaking difficult to use your app!!
Ola is not safe and it scams.
I prefer to use Uber. Ola isn't safe and the drivers are fraud. Ola doesn't have a customer care representative to talk and help. I do not feel safe.
Not for foreigners :(
Sadly it asks for a phone number to even get into the app. I can choose Canada +1 as country code but the SMS never reaches. Why even offer it then?? Uber remains the only option where you can actually create a proper account without the OTP garbage.

Ola food is terrible
I placed an order and got my food after 1.5 hrs. In this duration I did not find any option contact their support. When I received my food, few items were different than I ordered. Again, there was option to send a request but there was no immediate support. I will not order anything from Ola.

Horrible app with no customer support
Recently made a payment for a trip using Ola cash, payment to driver didn’t go through and their support chat bot is useless - no way to get through to customer support. Would highly recommend avoiding this app.
Constant push notification spam
There is no way to opt out of marketing push notifications despite it being explicitly against app store guideline 4.5.4. I will be reporting them to Apple.
