I’ve been overcharged several times and the chatbot promises to return the additional fee via a voucher but the voucher never shows up. So fed up.

Not reliable
Such a shady app. My scheduled booking got vanished 5 minutes before the time with no notification or email. Even the order history didn’t showed the booking. Not good especially when someone has to catchup train in time.
Double charges, no customer care
Useless app. charged my upi id for 1400 rs trip, and still showed payment needed in cash. I paid the driver in cash thinking ola will resolve this issue. But they do not have any live agents/ numbers to connect to , and the automated support system is totally useless. raised mutiple tickets to no avail. going to consumer court now
Too many unwanted notifications
Too many unwanted notifications. And no settings in app that allows to limit notifications for only the important items such as messages regarding booked rides.
Ola App Not Available
Ola used to work on my phone. Then suddenly I got logged out and when I try to login with my phone it says “The Ola App is not available for use on this device. Contact Support for more.” I tried a different phone number, uninstalled it and reinstalled, but nothing worked. I clicked “Contact Support” but it just closes the modal. There is no place on their website to submit a ticket. Very poor experience.
Terrible service with no customer support
Very frustrating experience. I linked my PhonePe for payment, and just before booking an Ola cab, it redirected me to PhonePe to complete the payment. The payment went through, but when I was redirected back to the Ola app, my booking had vanished, and I was back on the start page to book a new cab. My money was deducted, but no cab was booked. To make things worse, there’s no way to contact customer support—there’s no customer care number on the app or online. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers. This was the last straw—never using Ola again!
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you have a problem with ride or the driver you have no ways to raise a complaint or talk to any customer care support
Spam calls
Yesterday I booked an ola cab in the app, after a long time. I must have accidentally clicked on the electric tab while trying to book the cab - I don’t remember doing this. Today I started getting spam calls saying I showed interest in their ola electric scooter. No I did not. I am not even in the market for a scooter. I couldn’t care less about an electric scooter. What is their definition of showing interest? May be accidentally clicking an option in an while for less than a split second while trying to book a cab? I can understand if some one submitted a form, provided their contact number and said give me a call back etc. I did not do that. This is an abuse of personal information for them to just share my contact information with their sales team because I might have clicked on an electric icon for a split second. Also my number is registered on DND. I do not want to waste my time answering 10 calls a day from Ola headquarters regarding scooter purchase. I have never faced such an issue with Uber. This kind of unethical behaviour gives me pause from using their services.
Notification spam
The app spams with marketing notifications that you can’t opt out of.
Account shows blocked
My account was blocked and there is no way to remove that block. They mention write to us..in this digital age u really think someone will write to u?? And where do you write , ever thought of communication. Lost customer and life time value to other apps. Everyone beware! This company is a digitally backward and will no cafe for its customers
