Prime subscription
An obsessive Prime subscription that can’t be canceled in the app
A SCAM!!!!!
Booked flex and payed extra for it so that we could change our flight dates if necessary. Tried to do so months in advance of our trip with all the necessary requirements. Customer service was absolutely awful this whole ordeal has been dragged out for a month+ now. Would say they would call us back in 24-72 hours every single time we got off the phone with them. Finally they said we could book our new dates but it literally did the change anything as they said we can book our new dates through the app. IT’S THE SAME STORY ALL OVER AGAIN !!! Absolute scammers, we booked flex for a reason and are still left with our original flight dates because of their incompetence. Save yourselves the trouble and NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS APP !!

Opodo is a scam. If you buy tickets from their website, you can unsubscribe only by calling their UK phone number and spending 15 min on the line
Disappointing
Don’t use this app !!! They charged me the amount of 89.99 euros today without even be on the website or in the app ,I made a booking with them one month ago !!!I can’t find customer support and the phones are not in use to ask my money back !!

Scammers and cheaters!!
Do not use this service! They are scammers and deceivers! Not only is it impossible to cancel your subscription from a mobile device, but the service does not correspond to the stated one at all. With a prime subscription, you are promised 24/7 online service, but in fact, when you encounter problems in a foreign country, you do not have access to the promised support. Your chat has not been working on mobile devices for more than a month. You only have a phone number and it's not even an international number, it's a British number. For which it is impossible to solve any issue, since you just run out of money in a couple of minutes of roaming, you call back and the situation repeats. I was unable to resolve any issues with the site, as well as cancel my prime subscription. Which was written off. But I don't agree with that. The site is scammers, they specifically do not allow you to cancel your subscription, and then they write that the funds cannot be returned. No! I demand a refund for my subscription, since the service does not correspond to the stated one and you do not warn about the write-off, as you write it when signing up for a valid subscription. I demand that you give back my 60 euros!
