"Misleading Fees and Unfair Refund Practices" I recently booked a ticket with Vueling Airlines through Opodo, and unfortunately, the trip got canceled by the airline due to circumstances beyond my control. No alternative flights were available, leaving me stranded. When I tried to cancel the ticket for a refund, Opodo deducted more than justified fees, claiming it was for "prime" with no clear explanation. Moreover, despite paying the full amount of 295.86, Opodo insisted I only paid 223, and they not only refused to refund the deducted amount But also insisted that only 223 out of 295 will be refunded. This experience leaves me frustrated and disappointed with Opodo's customer service and refund policies. Be cautious of hidden fees and ensure transparency when dealing with this platform.

I have to change my flight date but I couldn’t change my credit card to do so and no human is getting back to me or helping me even if I call it’s robots everywhere !!

Flug annulliert - null Support, ewige Chats mit chatpots, noch immer kein Rückflugangebot!
Null Support, nur gut, solange alles nach Plan läuft! Entwickler antwortet, man könnte den Support kontaktieren, hatte die ganze App rauf und runter, bis ich einen Tag dann opfern musste um ins Büro der Airline zu fahren, die waren freundlich und haben das ganze erledigt. Von Opodo keine Antwort, nichts!
Ohne Prime schlecht
Wenn man Opodo Prime nicht bucht nervt die App. Wenn das so bleibt werde ich Opodo verlassen
