Owlet Care

Please develop an app for Apple Watch or other smart watches or build a widget for IOS. Any of this solution can really help to quickly and useful monitor data on the regular basis. At the moment it is hard to go to the app each time for example if you need to see data every minute or a couple of minutes because when you block phone or close the app next time when you open it take some time to reload (shows old results and you wait when it will be refreshed). Also please add an option to change UI language inapp. If you develop notification settings (for example set up a notification for O2 lower than 93% etc) you will make lots of people happy and healthy. After trying to connect to another WiFi, I got server error and support offered me to delete baby profile and create the new one. But I want all my historical data back! Also please add ability to export historical data, so I be able to import it to another application that holds all other vitals of my baby

I bought a 2nd camera for my 2nd baby and it’s not working. I did everything like the support says but still not working. I’m so frustrated.

When arrived in Brazil and had our baby it didn’t work it would not connect for nothing they even sell them here it’s a scam

This baby monitor only works through the internet. Won’t do local wifi if your connection is spotty or at all. As a result, you get insane delays because the images of your child inside your home are relayed through some company’s servers. If you see something about to happen to your child through the camera, you can bet it happened between 5 and 30 seconds ago. Cannot recommend this baby monitor to anyone ever.

The only thing it could be improved is to allow video streaming with blocked iPhone.

For some reason my history tab is empty. We already have the latest version, everything is up to date and we use the sock every night. Tried reaching out to support with no luck. Such a shame

There’s no way to set owlet socks alert for heart and oxygen level and alert volume! That’s to bad because de socks is really good to measure but the app is limited. The alarm is so loud that wakes up all my neighborhood, and there’s no way to set the volume! Impossible to use!

After the latest camera firmware update, it’s become almost unusable as it gets stuck on “Loading” and never shows any image. When image does show up, the phone goes to sleep soon after and the image is gone for a long time again. Owlet is a great idea with the worst execution possible. Don’t buy their product!

The app initial page, with the heart frequency and oxigen level doesn’t show. It stays frozen with the word ‘owlet’ for many, many minutes. Needs to be fixed ASAP!
