Owlet Care

Please develop an app for Apple Watch or other smart watches or build a widget for IOS. Any of this solution can really help to quickly and useful monitor data on the regular basis. At the moment it is hard to go to the app each time for example if you need to see data every minute or a couple of minutes because when you block phone or close the app next time when you open it take some time to reload (shows old results and you wait when it will be refreshed). Also please add an option to change UI language inapp. If you develop notification settings (for example set up a notification for O2 lower than 93% etc) you will make lots of people happy and healthy. After trying to connect to another WiFi, I got server error and support offered me to delete baby profile and create the new one. But I want all my historical data back! Also please add ability to export historical data, so I be able to import it to another application that holds all other vitals of my baby

Connection is really bad, even though the router is only a few meters away. Have to wait way too long before live image is actually live. Sometimes dose not work at all. Also, I don’t understand why the oxygen saturation alarm is set to 80%, and is not possible to change. 80% oxygen saturation level is way to low, and can already be to late.

So happy with this product. Very easy to setup, even easy to change wifi if you bring it to another house. Great quality video and audio. Would absolutely recommend!

Had this camera for a while now and felt it’s time to make a review. It’s works OK when operational, but we have had a lot of connection problems over the few months. Base station isn’t online. And don’t excuse yourself about people’s Wi-Fi range etc, that ain’t going to last. Everything else here on Wi-Fi work’s absolutely flawless. The system has a lots of these problems, when you actually need it and the baby lies upstairs. Two way communication is also very laggy and hard to hear the parent on the camera unit. Nice night camera and good quality picture btw👍🏼

Only Wi-Fi 4 standard (2.4 GHz). I got a ASUS AI mesh system (Wi-Fi 5/Wi-Fi 6 standard), and it’s frustrating and borderline impossible to get the sock 3 to connect. Conclusion: don’t waste your time or money. But something else.

Love our Owlet cam 1 , however the latest update has made the app incredibly slow in connecting video-feed. I have to restart the app several times before the camera shows the picture. Fix this bug and I’ll be very happy 😄

Great idea, but the app is just terrible. Connecting the product should be plug-n-play for tired parents, instead it was quite difficult to get it all to work. We ended up not using the product until baby was approx 2 months old.

If you ever unplug it, you are doomed. You’ll spend days trying to get it connected again, until magically one day it works.

Expensive product that looks good on paper but it doesn’t work as intended. App I absolute junk, the Wi-Fi is garbage and you can’t trust it. I am amazed that companies sell this product and people need to stay away. It’s simply terrible
