Из очевидных минусов только то, что приложение платное. Однако это существенно дешевле, чем заниматься с персональным тренером. Если вам нужна помощь и присмотр при тренировках, то да, конечно же тренер - ваш выбор, но если вы продолжающий спортсмен, который знает технику и просто хочет отслеживать прогресс и не заморачиваться с программой, то это приложение точно для вас. Я очень хочу сказать ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо всем, кто поучаствовал в разработке этого приложения, каждой тренировки и рецептов. Отдельное спасибо Ханне (надеюсь я правильно помню имя тренера и создателя OWNU) за труд и за все, что она вложила в это приложение. Ты чудо и я верю, что дальше будет лучше! The app does not work properly after update. It turns off by itself or just doesn't work. The new version looks nice, but inconvenient to use at all

It’s very uncomfortable to do supersets. The music stops when the timer goes off. The design looks prettier but it’s really uncomfortable. I hope you will correct this. Very disturbing.

I DELETED MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL BUT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A NEXT MONTH WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY NON EXISTENT. Workouts are shoddy made, sometimes they even not explain if the repeats are for side or total. You need an gym-style equipment even for a “home training program”. The whole project is just a cynic was to make money out of people who just want to be healthier and more fit.

I have to say I am totally surprised with the quality of this app! I follow Hanna for some time now in YouTube and I decided to change my workout routine so I gave a try to the free 7 days trial. I am in the 3rd day and I have to say I am loving it! I didn’t expect it to be this good! What I would love to see there as well is instead of the video in loop, the video giving few tips on the positioning (at least for any new exercise) and a stretching part would be amazing as well 🙌🏼 love the recipes as well, well done!! it’s a class app! I love the OwnU app. As a previous powerlifter, I still wanted structure to my workouts without hurting the bank paying for a coach. This app is easily accessible, practical, can be personalized to your needs (gym and diet) and is most importantly affordable. I look forward to using it everyday.
