OYO: ホテルの検索・予約

Tried to book twice. Both times upon arrival hotel stuff told they don’t work with oyo.

I paid for the reservation with a credit card, it was not possible to use it, the owners rejected the reservation. I've been calling for the 4th month. It seems impossible to return the money.

We can not contact oyo support. App/whatsup/facebook/mail - no answer at all. App is useless. Never again

OYo Is an extremely bad company!!!! They do not respond! We booked a room with Oyo app (#RNAP3076), when we arrived we were told that it is a fake booking!! We texted oyo, but had no answer!!!! And it’s not the first time they react like that. Terrible customer service.

Booking is very easy without any card.

Tôi đặt thì thanh toán rất nhanh nhưng huỷ thì không thể nào huỷ được, số điện thoại liên lạc không đúng và 1 số thì báo không liên lạc được, trong khi đó báo huỷ trước 1 ngày ok. Quá tệ

空室が有るのに全て完売になる。 何にも使えなくなった。

アプリの挙動がおかしくなったのでスマホを再起動・再インストールするも、以前使っていたアカウント情報を入力しても受け付けず、電話番号認証にしてもいつまで経ってもコードが送られず、エラー多発で先に進めない。 まともに入力できないのでは話にならない大人しく「じゃらん」でも使います。さようなら。

2021年2月にご紹介特典のキャンペーンは 終了しているのに2021年4月にいまだアプリから削除されず、個人情報をむやみに収集している危険なアプリである。
