Scam company

Tried to book twice. Both times upon arrival hotel stuff told they don’t work with oyo.

I paid for the reservation with a credit card, it was not possible to use it, the owners rejected the reservation. I've been calling for the 4th month. It seems impossible to return the money.

Absolutely no service

We can not contact oyo support. App/whatsup/facebook/mail - no answer at all. App is useless. Never again

OYo Is an extremely bad company!!!!

OYo Is an extremely bad company!!!! They do not respond! We booked a room with Oyo app (#RNAP3076), when we arrived we were told that it is a fake booking!! We texted oyo, but had no answer!!!! And it’s not the first time they react like that. Terrible customer service.

Cannot remove it from my iPhone

Doesn’t show up in my settings so I cannot delete the app. DO NOT INSTALL!

Worst experience

They will say ur room is booked and they charge from u then then when we go to that room they will say no room’s available and hotel will tell to call customer care and they will rebook another property and that will be same u will not get any room and ended up by paying high money to some hotel at mid night after lots of struggle if u believe oyo booking. Never book it. I don’t even rate single star.

Worst customer service

I’ve booked a hotel using OYO after 3 yrs expecting there might be lots of changes and good service. I was wrong, I booked a hotel using customer helpline and reached around 3am with my family, the manager hotel refused to check-in at the price I’ve booked. I’ve contacted customer service and explain the situation and they didn’t helped me at all and left me without any help. I ended up paying the price manager said, which is too high. Worst customer service, they leave you in worst and won’t help. Please contact hotel management first about the price and than book the hotel. So that you don’t end up like us.

Taking extra payment and being rude with the guests

I have to check in to the hotel cosmopolitan on 14th feb as I have make an online booking for ₹790 . When I have arrived the place,the hotel manager had charged me extra ₹800 saying that the rooms we booked are not good. And now when I called up the customer care of OYO they are so unsupportive and disconnects the call while you speaking. I had to visit Bangalore for the first time and OYO was the only source I could rely on and wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment . This is so unfair for any person. Customer care has no clue how to deal with any situation. They intact disconnect the call and are not at all friendly. In fact they put you on hold and just leave it that way. I was going to have a word and sort this thing but had to put down the review. So that no other OYO customer should face what I have been through. Cause we all look for a stay when we are to the new place , but this kind of experience totally ruins the plan of sticking with OYO. Thankyou be aware before booking.

No creditability

Now a days oyo has lost its credibility. Oyo has so many ties up now that they don’t care about hygiene and other stuff in properties. It’s like everything is fake because the photos shown are old and rooms are dirty of their partners. Oyo manage your properties well.
