Scam company

Tried to book twice. Both times upon arrival hotel stuff told they don’t work with oyo.

I paid for the reservation with a credit card, it was not possible to use it, the owners rejected the reservation. I've been calling for the 4th month. It seems impossible to return the money.

Absolutely no service

We can not contact oyo support. App/whatsup/facebook/mail - no answer at all. App is useless. Never again

OYo Is an extremely bad company!!!!

OYo Is an extremely bad company!!!! They do not respond! We booked a room with Oyo app (#RNAP3076), when we arrived we were told that it is a fake booking!! We texted oyo, but had no answer!!!! And it’s not the first time they react like that. Terrible customer service.

Ended up sleeping in car

This app doesn’t care about customers and moreover, doesn’t respond to calls. We have made a booking through oyo in alleppey and we were denied check in due to issues between manager of the property and oyo pricing their property, the manager asked us to cancel the booking and told that we’ll get a full refund and asked us to pay Rs.6000 for 2 rooms if we wanted to stay. Me and my friends called oyo too many times, all they do is hang up calls after telling that they are connecting my calls to refund department. Total scam and waste of time and energy. I really do not recommend to not use oyo and be in this situation.

Never pay upfront hotel guys will say we have terminated relationship with Oyo that's it money lost.

Fraud & Scam

I booked a hotel in Jaipur through OYO, but when I arrived, the hotel denied my check-in. Despite multiple attempts to contact OYO, their executives only responded after several calls and failed to resolve my issue. It seems like OYO collaborates with hotel owners in a fraudulent setup, as they take advance payments but fail to deliver what is promised. The listings are misleading – what they show online is entirely different from reality. This appears to be an unethical practice aimed at swindling customers’ money. I strongly advise against booking any hotel through OYO. It’s an unreliable and deceptive platform.

New Year Stay

Please make sure you have clean Lenin, pillows, entire room was damaged , paints have been chipped off. Kindly maintain the room.
