Pairing issue
I haven’t been able to connect my Apple Watch to the app for months, even sent some logs to the team, nothing’s been fixed yet
Lost dive logs
I have put in all my dives through the “log” function , but it saves them, but when I open the app again, the dive logs have disappeared. Please fix this issue as it takes a lot of time doing the logs.
E-logbook not working
All the history was removed. And couldn’t record the new log
Unable to log a dive
Have updated to the latest version, still can't log a dive
Can’t edit or delete the wrong Instructor ID
I just started a my last training dive but accidentally typed the wrong Instructor ID. Is there any way to change it?
Don’t see the point of this app
Can’t understand why anyone’s rates this 3,4,5 stars. The app offers no features of any use except for PADI to sell you more “services”. Can’t use the app to keep track of my qualifications or learning. Even the log book is near useless. Anything useful you want to do with your account requires you to login again to the website that the app opens. Forget the app and just open the PADI site from safari.
e-logbook function missed
I prefer the old version because of e-logbook function missed in new version.
Can’t download e-cards
It’s good. But no idea why can’t download e-cards.
It’s uglier than the old one
The design of this new app is worse than the old one. They may want to make it looks more simple. But it’s far too simple. There is no design at all basically. Especially the ecard.
