To use the certificates you have already paid for you need to now buy e-cards for the same certificates. It’s just another way for PADI to earn money on things you have already paid for. It’s also extremely bad functionality. You can’t buy the e-cards or replace certificate, the buttons don’t work.

So many issues: 1. Why does PADI log dives on my logbook that I never did? I have 5 dives logged in Thailand where I’ve never been. I was diving at home the same date so I could clearly not been at two locations simultaneously… 2. Buy cert card? Forget it, you hit the button then nothing happens… 3. Stability? Forget it… slow and to many bugs. 4. Sometimes my e-certificates just disappear!? Way to often actually…

This app is terrible. My picture shows as a black nothing??!! I vant see any of my certificates. I cant order new! FIX IT

They charge you for a digital copy of your diving card. Absolutely ridiculous.

Im trying to choose an electronic and ohysical card, but nothing happens when you try to choose and the ”add” box never activates!

Dive center could see my diving hostory but the app can’t, I have to add everything manuals. Same thing about certificate, dive centers can find it and here I have to pay around 40 USD/ceritficate. Is this a joke?

It’s shameful that there is an additional fee for of 37$ per ECards. I have been a PADI diver since, 2004, got 9 certificates… Electronic certificates/ credit cards/ Apple Pay. It’s expected in 2022, and not as an additional cost, the trainings are expensive as is.

The app is really superslow to open and use. Takes a minute to save a dive log. I was gonna start my digital logging but now I’m not sure I wanna do that.
