Why they cancelled my order???? Awful service!!!!

I don’t understand why this app was created. Probably the drivers are not able to read a map. I tried to order a taxi to the airport , after three attempts no one was able to find me . (I don’t think they even tried to be honest) some of them supposedly just randomly clicked the buttons so I found myself arriving to destination which was not true. Picking taxi on the street is still a better option. Tradition is the only way in Nepal.

I don’t understand only one thing, why do they call and ask for an address? There is geolocation, there is a special line with the address and other details, and no one speaks English at the same time..very difficult.

I searched for taxi. The price on Yango is 250 but on pathao it. Is 500 .. So expensive for daily usage.

Company delays too much for any response or report or complaint

It was raining heavily yesterday in Nepal, and disasters were happening in many areas. The actual fare was supposed to be 278, but the app showed 770. I was in an emergency, so I had no choice. It’s really disappointing that during such difficult times, when people are struggling, these ride-sharing apps take advantage instead of helping.

Really bad it never works when you actually need it especially the car bike somehow is better but really disappointed by their services and price

Its raining, i am out door currently on data. Have to call for a ride but pathao whats me to update to use it. The update is 122 MB and its taking for ever to download. This is such a bad experience.
