Update please! Should have stayed with Intellicenter app (previous version) Nothing but a nightmare- stopped communicating with Panel and is useless at the moment

I have downloaded the latest version (4.1.10). I don’t have an icon to add a device or send feedback. I’m trying to add the Pentair 930w and cannot do it which means I cannot control it because using this app is the only way to control it. Called support left my contact info, they never called me back. I like Pentair products but this app doesn’t live up to the brand.

Besides this, it's not as user friendly as the pool app

The app did an update and now it’s wonky. Tells me there’s not registered, then have to remove my pool robot cleaner and reinstall everything. Now I can’t schedule daily cleanings, goes automatically every day 15:08 hours which is not what I scheduled. Try changing the times and it just goes right back to 15:08 hours

I really like having data on my sump pump. Knowing that the controller and pump are working properly is really nice because my pump is covered by sound dealing material and a cover. My iron filter back washes daily and my softener regents weekly. I know how many pump cycles occur for each and if there is a problem. I recently replaced my pump because the app was indicating high current and that actually was the case which surprised me as I could not measure that with my various instruments. Before getting this sump controller, my iron filter control valve was leaking to the sump and this controller would have shown that a lot of water was being wasted. There is one issue that is not app related….I use Ubiquiti Unifi wifi network access points and the only way I get a solid wifi connection is if I run the wireless access point on Channel 1 (not auto) for my 2.4GHz network (WPA2 authentication) and no Meshing.

The app in general works okay. I’m only using it for Prowler930W. I have it set up on my iPhone. When I try to set it up on my iPad,it disconnects the iPhone, which then has to be set up again, but then disconnected the iPad. Can this really only work with one device?

Wifi password is correct, it’s constantly offline and has connectivity issues. Infuriating.

J’ai eu un problème avec l’application et mon alarme intelligente (pompe de pousser) et dans les 2 cas le support de leur produit et de leur application est excellent. Pour l’application cela a pris un peu de temps (plusieurs courriels aller-retour) car c’était un bizarre de problème mais ils n’ont pas lâché et le tout est revenu en ordre. / I had an issue with the app and my smart alarm (push pump) and in both cases their product and app support is excellent. For the application it took a little time (several back and forth emails) because it was a weird problem but they didn't let go and everything came back in order.

Lots of errors. Manual mode does not work at all
