PLC VIP Concierge (SG)

Took me nearly an hour to set it all up and link to my online account. Had a feeling I’m passing both screening for super secret job plus an exam in computer science. Uhhh ..

Some how there is no login button using my email and password to the app. It prompt me to register a new account using PLC number which I can’t find it anywhere inside my info page on web page.

Always can’t scan the QR code at their stores. No matter which branch. Takes a long time even if possible. Waste time. Might as use card for them to scan.

I received an email to update the app. After updating I can longer order anything. No matter what I press nothing happens. It used to be slow but now it’s dead.

Much improvement and updates to be done. App is not user friendly. Who is still using Touch ID to login these days? iPhone 14 is the latest and Touch ID was last seen on iPhone 8. So archiac and mafan to carry physical card, the digital card is also lousy. Why can’t just quote phone number like other retailers and be done with it, srsly.

Completely wasted 1 hour of my time just to log on. When i chatted w the agent , they couldn’t help me either

I wonder why it's uber necessary to update the app before I can use the VIP card. Imagine a long long queue behind you and then you're forced to update the app before the VIP card can be shown.

Seriously, using the app could not be stressful enough. The loading is so damn slow and non responsive. Trying to do re-ordering does not work. Despite numerous feedback, nothing was done. Pls do not roll out not something not reliable and add stress to customers using it. Totally not user friendly at all. Changing payment method also does not work.

If card didn’t bring and there is no option to login with mobile phone or face ID. Paid the member fee and can’t enjoy the membership discount if u did’t bring the physical card.

The app is not updating my points for the longest time. Every time I open the app to use it says system error. There is no history to track expenditure or card usage. Cannot check the points history either.
