The requirement to use a card is bad for the environment and activating is even worst. Big issue when changing phone.

It was an easy and seamless process to download and link my VIP Card

Unfortunately I have to order from elsewhere as your app had failed in processing my order a few times.

Took me nearly an hour to set it all up and link to my online account. Had a feeling I’m passing both screening for super secret job plus an exam in computer science. Uhhh .. Edit: The use of the app is not a walk in the park either. As much as i like the Pet lovers shops as such, i hate to use the app. So much cluttering, blinking, hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for. And when you click ‘checkout’ it sends you out of the app to the web shop and asks to login! Why?? I’d already been logged into app? Also it pops up a window, which takes a quarter of the screen insisting that I should install the app! :))

The app takes so long just to load. More than 1min even after refreshing app. And it takes more than 1 day to redeem vouchers - too slow for retail.

Always has problems loading the apps. The loading bar on top always stop after 25% loaded. I thought was my 5G or connection issue, however I try downloading movies from my Netflix and other games apps….the loading speed is so fast. Whenever, I open the apps a message “Server Error try again later “ will pop up. I can’t even renew the membership through the apps and need to pay more at store for renewal. Please fix the issue.

Some how there is no login button using my email and password to the app. It prompt me to register a new account using PLC number which I can’t find it anywhere inside my info page on web page.

Always can’t scan the QR code at their stores. No matter which branch. Takes a long time even if possible. Waste time. Might as use card for them to scan.

I received an email to update the app. After updating I can longer order anything. No matter what I press nothing happens. It used to be slow but now it’s dead.
