Pony - Bike & Scooter Sharing

They have this program to "Adopt a Pony" where you spend north of 1000€ to purchase a bike operated through the platform and a % of the ride goes into your pocket. Or so in theory. It's been month I requested a payement and they first said they'll check with accounting, and now no one answers me. So, a scam. Good thing they'll have to answer to justice as I am now escalating this to my lawyer and I'll pursue this money even if it costs me, out of principles.

Awful app and experience. Have €20 on my account, have tried to ride twice. First time scooter wouldn’t move (despite saying 100% charged) and I gave up and walked. Second time two weeks later I rode 20 minutes to a store, tried to end my ride and got a message saying that I was not in a parking zone and would be charged €25 (despite being in the middle of the “blue” approved zone on their map). The app said parking zones indicated by a “P” on the map but there were no Ps on the map anywhere in Brussels. Rode immediately back to the spot I started my ride and got the same message that I would be charged €25 because I was not in a parking zone (despite the 5 other pony scooters parked in the same spot and being in a blue zone). They can keep the €15 left in my account, I will not use again.

It doesn't let me to pay as I go! I have to put 5 Euro?! Why? I just needed once which is less than 1 euro!!!

Great bikes, easy to ride, easy to use. No problems!

I have monthly membership that theoretically I should have 5 trips per day free of charge. But some days ago I saw I have been charged even it was my first trip in a new day! I try to reach to the help section of the app and I send email also to them but after several days they didn’t answer to me! It is a shame, they take your money and they don’t answer if they make a mistake in their software. I totally scared and I will not recommend this company. I will cancel my membership at the end of this month and I will try to use another company of my city.

La trottinette s’arrête toute seule en pleine course, service client catastrophique ! Absolument pas commerçant, ni compréhensible. Forcément, on parle à un ordinateur ! Impossible de les joindre par téléphone !

J’adore l’app et les pony sont vraiment pratique, je m’en sers tout le temps. Roulez à deux sur un vélo en libre service c’est juste trop cool. Je recommande !

L’app est difficile a utiliser et j’ai été débité de 15€ pour soi disant que avoir mal garer la pony alors qu’il n’y avais pas d’autres endroits à proximité. Je n’utiliserais plus cette application

Une entreprise française que je retrouve dans plusieurs villes ou j’ai de la famille ou mes études, Bordeaux, Poitiers, Angers Ils débarquent doucement à Nantes là même ! Vivement la suite ! 🚲❤️
