Presence: Meditation & Joy

The app doesn’t work. I paid yearly subscription and I don’t have access to the locked meditations. I wrote to support but nobody replied. Please return my money

I think this app should be part of everyone’s life. The huge library of guided meditations can help you begin or end each day with a sense of gratitude and peace. When I’m feeling stressed, I meditate, and with this app, you can dive right in to the process. And, remember, you can meditate how you want to: sitting, lying down, standing, walking, etc. The only wrong way to meditate is avoiding to do it.

I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times with no response but this is the second time in a year the app has reset my daily streak to zero. Last time I practiced meditation 270+ days in a row.and one day it just reset. I asked for someone to fix the issue months ago and no one did.not one single response to my emails or instagram dms. So now I’m on instagram. This second time I practiced over 100 days in a row and yesterday I opened the app and I was back at zero. I even completed a meditation today and it was not recorded. I like the tracking feature which is why I use the app but if that’s going to reset my progress every couple hundred days then it really makes no sense for me to keep it. I also like one particular creator on the app Roger Gabriel and I’m not able to search just for his meditation. Can you have someone help me since your support email results in no response

Love the ap, but I don’t like that when there is an update or something , you lose your consecutiv day log and your progress. If it can’t be consistent. Remove that option. Because is frustrating.

This going to be my 3rd year with the Chopra App and it is absolutely wonderful to find every day inspiration, motivation, & light for my morning meditation. Love Roger Gabriel, Miss Brown, and all the classes guided with special guests!!! Just amazing what you share w the world… the level of peace and love they bring to each meditation is just brilliant…just as Dr. Chopra is. ❤️🙏🏼
