Princess Cruises

This app is difficult to use. It won’t allow me to put in my travel information. It keeps telling me my flight number is ‘invalid’. This has happened for the last few cruises we have gone on. I need to request an extension cord so I have to call & wait on hold because there is no where to submit one-off requests like that. I feel like this should be much more streamlined & easier than what it is. It is frustrating that despite giving feedback on end of cruise surveys & other feedback tools - no positive change is made.

So many issues it’s hard to even explain

Many dead links, low functionality, and a total pain to use in every case. I would have been able to build a better functioning app during my time in university, and would be happy to help you build a new app so that others don’t need to face the same struggles I do.

This app is of 3rd world quality Pathetic in every aspect They change app and force you not them, to automatically transfer information Mickey Mouse at best worth a 0 out of 10 Bush league

Sucks

This website is very difficult to use. At times I couldn’t even get on, other times it kept going from the two same screens, without ever allowing me to access my bookings. I spent over half an hour getting in to register one guest. Go back to the old app.

There are sooooo many bugs in this app. How is it possible for the ships time in the app to be wrong? And be weird #’s of minutes which also seem to change at random. When I asked support regarding missing menus, was told to go look at posted paper menu outside the restaurant. Crashing, not loading screens, dining menus missing or not fully visible, activity list in the app is wrong frequently. Had to go back to using the printed patter to find activity times and locations because of missing or inaccurate information in the app. Volume of paper has increased significantly because of info missing, inaccurate or can’t be found in app. Scrap it and start over!

I tried multiple times to enter my credit card info and got an error message, even though the agent I spoke to said the card was good. The reason I was given was that I used the same card for another cruise I booked the following month and the app wouldn’t accept the same card for both cruises. WHAT? Princess, do better.

The update has errors, can’t load dining reservations and error when looking for dining times. Wish I hadn’t updated. Good thing I took screenshots.
