PTCL smart tv app is really good app but PTCL broaband service are totally unstable, sometime its work perfect sometime its jammed and totally useless....please make your service batter, only changing the name of the package doesn't work really need to change the speed as will

After ios 15 this app stop working. So any one wondering that why the app crash after clicking on live tv then it is due to lack of update. Previously updated 5 year ago.

Too much bugs

They are not updating their services. When Ever I click on a live tv channel the app crashed.

Very poor bad and pathetic service. Nothing works. It is advisable to please stay away from non-reliable services of ptcl

After calling to PTCl and they unbind my other devices i got logged in to my ptcl smart tv account but since that time till now this application is being crash on every attempt to play any live channel
