Crashes every time I tap on a channel. Reinstall same result. Also on other devices

Please update the app and please bring this app on Apple TV also..

More than two years has been passed and no update has been sent. Please update the app.

Not working on xs max iOS ver 13.3.1. Developer should be upgraded with currently running operating systems on all devices.

I have to call the support every time I intend to use this app. I am always getting the error “the user IP and bound IP are inconsistent (70116118)., despite being on PTCL internet. It has been same since last 6-8 months and I wonder they never fixed it permanently.

Ptcl smart tv not working properly ios , everything is updated but still smart tv as usual giving bad service like internet services! App is full rubbish

App not working kindly upgrade and reupholstered the app for iOS 11 users. PTCL app keep crashin in b/w

Works fine, great app. It's just the channels disappear after some time. Take spots for instance, first there were 12 channels, now there are only 3, all three I can watch on TV. So please bring back the good sports channels!
