I have not been able to watch a single live channel on this app. Every time I clicks on any live channel, the app crashes by itself causing extreme discomfort and disappointment. Please PTCL, either let us utilize your service or delete this app from store!!

Fix the bugs now ptcl smart tv app not working
After ios 15 this app stop working. So any one wondering that why the app crash after clicking on live tv then it is due to lack of update. Previously updated 5 year ago.
Too much bugs
They are not updating their services. When Ever I click on a live tv channel the app crashed.
Very poor bad and pathetic service. Nothing works. It is advisable to please stay away from non-reliable services of ptcl
