RAD Video is an authorised application of the Royal Academy of Dance and contains video content from the RAD’s Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations in Dance for the study and development of RAD teachers and students. These syllabi challenge students to meet the highest technical and artistic demands of current ballet training and performance, while also providing a way to find enjoyment, achievement and self-expression through dance.
Each title can be purchased individually within the application, and the video content replicates that seen on the DVDs available for sale through RAD Enterprises, www.radenterprises.co.uk. Video content is then downloaded to your device, for viewing offline at your leisure. Further titles will be uploaded to this application for download over time.

Paid for a video but failed to download
This app obviously lacks tech support. We purchased one video and the app keeps telling us that it failed to download due to poor connection. While I am using home WIFI with very good connection speed.
Very difficult to download
I changed to a new mobile phone and tried to re-download the purchased videos. The app kept popping out a message saying there was a problem downloading the video and that could be due to bad internet connection. I ran a speed test and it showed that my internet connection is very fast. The worst thing is the videos can only be downloaded via wi-fi, there is no option to enable download using mobile data.

got a new phone and cannot restore purchases no matter what
Exercises not updated with latest RAD exam
Some titles does not seem updated. My daughter in intermediate foundation said the exercises were different from what she does in class currently
App is not stable
I purchased one of the videos but I can't download it. Emailed them twice but did not get any reply. FAQ sheet recommends deleting and reinstalling the app, which I did, but it does not work.
Problem
Bought grade 4. But couldn't download. Please help.
