Cannot Download Videos!
This current (9 months since last update) version will not download any purchased videos. I have tested this on several iPhones and the download times out. We need a fix for this ASAP!!!

RAD Video is an authorised application of the Royal Academy of Dance and contains video content from the RAD’s Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations in Dance for the study and development of RAD teachers and students. These syllabi challenge students to meet the highest technical and artistic demands of current ballet training and performance, while also providing a way to find enjoyment, achievement and self-expression through dance.
Each title can be purchased individually within the application, and the video content replicates that seen on the DVDs available for sale through RAD Enterprises, www.radenterprises.co.uk. Video content is then downloaded to your device, for viewing offline at your leisure. Further titles will be uploaded to this application for download over time.

App crashing with iOS 13 update
Incredibly helpful to prepare my daughter for her RAD exam, but the app keeps crashing with the new iOS 13 update.
App Works
I have purchased all the levels and so have several of my students for review in preparation of their exams. It works for me every time and for my students.
Not Truly Family Sharing
My daughter has been taking ballet for 5+ years and in the last two years our normal school has had trouble finding a suitable place. So we found an alternative nearby. Exam time was approaching and my daughter felt unsure about the routine, and lo and behold, RAD has an app in the iOS store. Yay! And it says it qualifies for Family Sharing. Double yay, since the video I want costs $19.99. Well, that is NOT the case. I bought the video , thinking my daughter could get it as well, but it never would download unless she paid as well. That is terribly misrepresentative, in my opinion. Is it "Family Sharing" because everyone can download the app? That's deceptive, at a minimum, and robbery at its worst. I wrote to the company twice, receiving assurances that I could get the download for my daughter at no additional cost. THAT WAS A COMPLETE FABRICATION. I can't express how disappointed I am in this app and its misrepresentation of its status as "Family Sharing." DO NO GET.
Can't restore vidie on iPad
I downloaded this app on my iPad and then purchased the Grade 4 video for my daughter. The app promptly froze and the lesson could not be downloaded or "restored" on my iPad. Restarting the iPad did not fix the situation. Removing and reinstalling the app did not fix it. As far as I'm concerned, I did not get what I paid for and will be demanding a refund.
Glitchy!!
This app is so glitchy. Last year it was bad. This year I can't even open it. Wish I'd bought the CD!
Crashes after purchase
App worked fine to browse but as soon as I made a purchase it will no longer open, just crashes over and over. Very disappointed to spend $19.99 for something unusable! Please fix and report back to me.
Unusable due to layout problems
This app is absolutely unusable on my iPad mini (3rd generation) due to layout problems, causing the texts to be overlaid on buttons and vice versa. I can't recommend it to iPad users. Will have to wait for a fix.

Disappointed
Was asked to purchase so that my daughter can practice and the video I bought will not play, it says checking internet speed and then declines... Tried to download from my pc and no luck there either......
