Smooth operation.

Don’t use their service especially via app! Booked and paid PCR test appointments. Cancelled within the fully refundable period. They don’t respond to my calls or emails. I got no way to getting my money back. The test was almost US$80 each… outrageous! I paid for four tests for my family and me. That’s US$300+ down the drain!!

This app is incredibly poor. Doesn’t do anything but help you make an appointment in which is useless as when you get to the clinic they make your wait anyway. The app doesn’t show upcoming appointments and didn’t even let me fill out the QR Health Declaration when I got to the clinic. I had to scan the QR code and sign the health declaration through web browser. Another useless app…

The doctor was extremely patient and listened to what I had to say compared to previous doctors.

Been using it since 2022 and noticed so much has changed. Telecon has become better with more slots available earlier - it feels like the on-on-demand queue of other apps but with the flexibility of making an appointment at a more convenient time later. The app keeps all my medical records, including past appointments or health screenings with RMG, which makes it easy for me to remember my medical history. This is an app that felt wonky at the start but has been getting better continuously!

Was better the day after I consulted the doctor!

This is a total disaster app compared to my previous insurer. So difficult to use and there’s always a submission issue, be it the file type is invalid(pdf/jpeg also invalid) or other technical issues. Seriously not going to recommend this, will feedback to my HR to change insurer if this app continues like this. By the way, the Mediaccess website is just as bad. It’s as though they make it difficult for users to submit claims so you are fed up and dont submit. ZERO STAR!
