Rakuten: Cash Back & Deals

Read and read and read. I spent a lot of time shopping, price comparisons, brand comparisons, just to be able to use and support Rakuten. It’s a slim chance you will get cash back and it’s even a more slim chance your get any of the cash back from your slim chance. Stick to your credit cards! lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am missing money, when I click on the store, it buffers, after 30 minutes, I cancel because it’s a waste of my phone battery and time. I am missing money from several Walmart purchases and two Walgreens purchases.

I’ve been paid for shopping!!! It’s amazing to shop and actually get paid for doing so!! I’ll Always use Rakuten when I shop on line!!

Still waiting for them to pay out cash back that is APPROVED from March, April, May (all should have been paid in MAY!) They owe me $108 that they APPROVED yet still won’t pay out!

I use this app a lot and especially at Christmas time and love getting a check back shopping.

I have been using Rakuten since it was Ebates. I have had a couple of times I had to show where I purchased and didn’t get rewarded, but they always came through. I had received over $1000 in rebates, as I do most of my shopping online and especially at Christmas. I always check to see if anyone has what I’m looking for through Ratuken before purchasing from a merchant that is not park of their program. Checking prices vs rebates and availablity. I average about 60+ a quarter and find it very helpful and beneficial.

Have been a member for over 3 years and had a cash back of $60 coming to my house and they canceled my subscription or account for no reason or explanation and will not contact me and explain

Rakuten is the best cash back app. I’ve tried several but none as good as this. I’ve had some wonky issues recently and they had it fixed pretty quickly. Highly recommend.

I’ve inquired numerous times about my two in-Store purchases from CVS regarding my cashbacks but have not received a response from Rakuten. There is no live customer service and their chat bot is limited in handling complaints.
