I simply can't receive a verification code to proceed to a claim. My package is lost somewhere. More than a month it's «returned to sender». No one replies either from route or the merchant. Don't use Route. It doesn't help you receive anything.
App is very confusing and there is no way to edit your shipment. I cant add a note what tracking number is what item!
Can‘t track my order. 1. You have to open a Route Account 2. You have to have a Gmail-Account 3. way to many administration to get the desired information. I‘m disappointed!
A purely executed application. First of all why would anyone need an extra app taking space on their phone when everybody else is offering the same functionality via web? When you read the email and you press on track my order it redirects to the App Store even if you have already downloaded the app. And even if you load the app it doesn’t Track your order. 😒 The support is also awful, I have been waiting in the queue for hours only to see my support request disappearing twice. Pfff
When I click the link on the email it takes me to the App Store page. But I already have the app. When I click on the weblink it can’t show me my package here either. What actually can this app do?
I know exactly when my packages are arriving and that’s so exciting for a person who’s love language is blessing others with gifts!
I only ever needed this for one thing or to track one order through a company that sent me an email other than that I really didn’t even know existed. It worked fine, but I got a tracking number for the tracking number into the thing and it didn’t work for 3 to 4 days and I found it I was using the wrong tracking numberand that they give you a different one so this app is fine not my favorite not the best. It’s OK.
It makes tracking packages easier
I Never knew I needed this App until I downloaded. Let’s me track all my buds and amazons. Desktop site needs work and more features would be great!
Very easy to use; the app shows and answers all the questions/information you need.
