Route: Package Tracker

I simply can't receive a verification code to proceed to a claim. My package is lost somewhere. More than a month it's «returned to sender». No one replies either from route or the merchant. Don't use Route. It doesn't help you receive anything.

I ordered some ice cream pints for next day delivery and decided to use Route package protection. The ice cream were shipped with a Next-day delivery service, but it turned out there was a delay and I actually received the package one day later than scheduled. Of course all 4 pints of the icecream have completely melted, as a result of this delay. So it seems to me that they would be considered “Damaged goods”, by definition, because they are no longer edible. And the delay was completely not my fault. So I submit a claim, and Route replied saying that this situation falls outside of the package protection policy. Excuse me? Will you please explain to me how 4 completely melted pints of icecream fall outside of the “damaged goods” definition? I ordered icecream and received thick, sticky cream in liquid form. How is that not damaged? Don’t waste your time and your money, even if it’s just $0.98, on this company. I wonder if anyone actually ever received a refund or replacement on their packages.

I know exactly when my packages are arriving and that’s so exciting for a person who’s love language is blessing others with gifts!

I only ever needed this for one thing or to track one order through a company that sent me an email other than that I really didn’t even know existed. It worked fine, but I got a tracking number for the tracking number into the thing and it didn’t work for 3 to 4 days and I found it I was using the wrong tracking numberand that they give you a different one so this app is fine not my favorite not the best. It’s OK.

I Never knew I needed this App until I downloaded. Let’s me track all my buds and amazons. Desktop site needs work and more features would be great!

Very easy to use; the app shows and answers all the questions/information you need.

They’ll try to get you to link your email and orders to their app and then try to re route your items. Be careful.
