The app is great but hey ask for reviews to often interrupting my efficiency.

I’ve been very impressed with the app, and I’ve had very limited issues and some crashes from the app. Any issues that I’ve had have been resolved, almost immediately from the support team. I love that I can connect it with any app on the world and have integrations.

I have been using the app for 3 months now and it is not that reliable. I will open the app and it will just freeze at the launch screen. I have to kill the app and reload it to see my texts. Even the prompt that asked me if I was enjoying the app made the app freeze and I have to relaunch it. I wasn’t going to leave a review but with that kind of experience I decided I would put in my two cents.

My advice is to do your research when looking for a business texting service. I landed on salesmsg a couple years ago, and have to say it’s just ok. The customer service is terrible, it has had poor app function throughout the entire 2 years, and it doesn’t have nearly enough features that other services offer. I thought I was stuck with a sub par service since I already had a phone number, and once I realized I could port it over to another service, I jumped at the chance, even though it ended up costing me several hundred dollars.

App would be better if the copy and paste function would work. I cannot copy messages on the app anymore

Your reviews for this improved significantly since I last look. Yet your app is still horrible to use. The app slow to load, msg is disappearing or not visible most of the time. So many bugs. Awful
