mobile app is ok but the huge bummer is that I can't use this app on my desktop or even sign in via browser. My clinic often requires documents to be sent and long messages that I have to type on the mobile app. The apps design and speed could use an upgrade.

I truly hate that my clinic switched to this app. It’s nearly impossible to find previously provided information because there are essentially no search functions, and there is no logic guiding what information goes where. The one redeeming feature is checking off my meds each day. But that’s certainly not worth the torture this app puts me through when I want to look at my aneuploidy results from my egg retrieval two years ago! Seriously, **** this app.

Please add all functionality to web platform. There is no reason why I should need an app to use your service, hence 1 star.

I feel like every other day the app is refusing to let me log in saying, “Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the problem persists, email us at . . . “ It is EXHAUSTING and SO FRUSTRATING trying to log in every 30 minutes for days waiting for the app to get back online. 🤮

So bad that I’ve complained to the company forcing me to use it. No discernible grasp of modern software engineering paradigms or user experience patterns. The people responsible are out of their depth in every conceivable sense. Example: upon installation, I was instantly given a dozen notifications for messages which are between three and eighteen months old. The only way to mark them as read is to individually access them. Ridiculously bad. No excuses for this in 2024.

Clearly not Swift native, check your translator and do more testing? The keyboard is in the wrong mode on login so you can’t hide it, meaning you can’t click the CREATE ACCOUNT button. This is basic stuff. Do better.

Why start the flow by asking if I am a male or female if after answering male you’ll have 6 pages of questions asking about my periods, prior pregnancies, or uterine polyps?

This app is super annoying. There's no way to write a message using the web portal. I don't want to type on my phone. I want to actually be able to read an entire message without scrolling and type using a real keyboard. 1-star for a subpar web experience and forcing everyone to use the mobile app.

I didn’t know it was possible to hate an app this much, but it is. Create an account? Ha. Good luck. Forget password? We sent an email. and by that we mean, we didn’t send anything. Try another email? Try another password? Try sending an email to support and get no response? Whoever told CCRM to go with this company needs to be fired.

The app is great at endlessly pestering me about training slides, but can’t tell me where an appointment was made. Currently scrambling across Denver to the other clinic!
