Change account is not possible. When I'm trying to change USER ID there are mistake "check URL address ..." That's just unacceptable for the work process. And that's always that annoying ACCESS CODE, it works with only one user Test that case, please:)

SAP is a terrible user experience. I would rather mow a golf coarse with scissors than use SAP.

App no longer loads and I cannot navigate to a support portal to create a ticket

I have been able to load the app for 5 consecutive uses spanning 6 days. It’s just a poorly made app that is slow and crashes a ton. It is not a professional grade application. For an enterprise based software/company, I am surprised on how horrible this app is. I would give 0 stars if possible. This app does not improve deal efficiency because it is so poorly made/maintained.

I can’t think of anything bad enough to say about this app. You should be ashamed to let anyone know such a piece of technological incompetence exists, let alone put it on the market. Absolutely no one who had any say in the matter would use it voluntarily. Selling it to people who do nothing but look at spreadsheets for a living is the only reason you get away with this.

I avoid using this app at all cost. Log in is slow, majority of the time I have to kill the app, because it is hung and unresponsive from last session. Scrolling is poorly designed with multiple internal windows that scroll. Will not allow touch dialing of numbers, except for the main number (ie cant call a mobile number). App must block copy function, because it won’t allow me to copy the phone numbers to paste into the dialer.

Slow, UI is cluttered, not built for Mobile First. This app literally creates more problems than solutions. This company should be ashamed of releasing such a broken piece of technology.

Sloooowwwww, inaccurate, and outdated to name a few! It might as well have a blinking cursor like the old DOS system. Can't believe anyone would think this is a suitable system for a FORTUNE 500 COMPANY! What is that saying....."you get what you pay for!"

This is a useless cumbersome waste of time. It’s not fair to subject your sales team to it.

Buggy, inconsistent, unreliable. Face ID was the one feature that made this product tolerable, and it was removed.
