My previous experience with meditation was - tried for week and then stopped. But with this app I started doing it every day for almost a year. Don’t know why. Maybe the system with levels motivated me, maybe the kind and calming voice of the guide. I already feel like she is my friend, no one else wish me a great day every morning:) So, worked for me. I love it and have been using it since more than 5 years, the best thing about it is that it doesn’t have lot of talking, only the much required. Thats all!

La sto utilizzo da mesi e mi trovo molto bene con i percorsi di meditazione guidata, aiutandomi a gestire la mente dallo stress quotidiano
Devo dire che inizialmente sentire qualcuno che parla mentre cerco di concentrarmi mi deviava un po’ dalla concentrazione stessa, ma ci ho fatto l’abitudine in due lezioni o forse tre. Ora è da un mesetto che quest’app accompagna quasi quotidianamente la mia vita, per quei 10/20 minuti al giorno, e sono assolutamente soddisfatto. Sto ricevendo da quest’app esattamente quello che speravo: un lento processo che penso stia avendo leggeri progressi giornalmente, ma allo stesso tempo una sensazione di rilassamento e pace (purtroppo breve, ma la percepisco) alla fine di ogni singola sessione. Le lezioni sono fatte bene a mio parere, progressive e chiare. Le meditazioni quotidiane anche. Quest’app la trovo una buona compagnia all’interno della mia quotidianità, in quei 10/20 minuti, brevi ma intensi.

Cercavo un’app che mi permettesse di intraprendere un percorso di meditazione un po’ per curiosità e un po’ per provare a scaricare la tensione a fine giornata e riposare meglio…. Mi si è aperto un mondo!! Per il momento sto utilizzando la versione gratuita, ma credo che farò l’abbonamento per poter progredire nella pratica della meditazione. La consiglio a tutti!
