Not able to access account
Have existing credits in my account - was then asked to change to the new Shell recharge Asia app. Tried to login but was told password doesn’t work. Tried to reset password but despite multiple tries, no password reset email received (have also checked my spam folder but there is no email from Shell recharge) Tried to call call support but no one picks up.tried to email the support email but no reply in a week. Still have credits in my account but unsure what else I can do.
