i didn’t even know i had an account. I would have to download the app to figure it out so I sit here on hold with the worst music playing. It’s seriously unsettling and has this deep tuba sound. It’s like what you would play to make a group of toddlers suddenly go into rage.
I received an email about my account and to make sure I don’t get charged again I tried to login and check if I already canceled it. Can’t login at all. I made a new password but any time I put login and password it goes back to the first page on an endless loop.

Apparently they didn’t really have enough drivers to fulfill the orders they took today. So instead of just saying they were full and couldn’t accept any more orders, we’ve waited hours as they kept postponing the delivery time. Now they want to deliver it tomorrow at some random time when no one is home. Their customer service is nonexistent.
Forget emailing. You will not get a response no matter how many times you email. If you do get to talk to someone, they never know what’s going on. They must be trained to say “I don’t know.” Incredibly unhelpful.
Had horrible experience with one of other delivery business. Was reluctant to ever want to try another delivery again. I am so glad that I called. Shipt! The representative on the phone was absolutely magnificent, everything was done professionally, and delivery driver was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this wonderful delivery service.

Delivery times constantly being delayed or pushed back and when you call the customer service Line they have no idea what’s going on. They don’t even know how to help you other then saying they don’t know what’s going on.
Food gets incorrectly delivered and comes damaged most of the time. When trying to contact customer “support” they don’t help and say that’s their process. Trash company.
Actually, shipt is better than doordash but around here, the drivers are greedy, lazy, and you can’t find a driver if it’s so much as raining outside.
