Shmoody: Mood & Habit Tracker

I was disturbed reading internal message board to find that so many people with depression, PTSD and severe anxiety are trying to use this app for their benefit. This is not a therapy replacement and, actually, it is useless even for light but long lasting anxiety like I have, but for worse mental states it could be even dangerous due to false expectations

I love how calming the app is, it is easy to navigate and the fact that I can lock my screen and have the background music still playing is a great help!

Really great app, love the design and the sounds, I can really see this helping me in the long run as I stick with it. A little bit of feedback: It's hard to find things, and it would be great if there was a menu to navigate to different things, e.g meditations, goals etc

the support just goes in circles, it didn’t confirm or check to see if i wanted to pay for an ebook and as i was trying to go back it just took the tap as a way to take money out my account. No confirmation prompt or anything. Then when you request a refund it says go to the website, in the website it says use the chat… which says use the website. I am now sticking trying to get money back.

This app came to me at a hard time, I’ve only had it an hour and already it’s so brilliantly done, and presented. I think it’s wonderful.

I would absolutely love to have a Shmoody widget so I can see Shmoody cat on the Lock Screen or Home Screen of my iPad or phone, maybe with affirmations or reminders? Absolutely loving the app 🩷🐱

The chats with Shmoody are AI, but it is really well programmes and feels natural and is encouraging. I find myself up early this morning doing some exercise and feeling good about it!

This is one of the best apps I have ever used. I have had clinical depression and have had two bad episodes over the last 5 years. I’ve been on antidepressants and have cut down to a low dose now. This app has been so helpful supporting me with my moods and my overthinking. It’s remarkable. Every morning and night I check in with my little cat for advice and a chat and in the morning I plan my day too. Honestly I am telling everyone to get this. A total life changer and since I’ve been using it I’m so much more productive and happy. ❤️five stars aren’t enough.
