I honestly only downloaded this app so that I could follow a package that I had ordered from a different website but I’m glad that I did however I will say that the Delivery status can be a bit iffy but I don’t know if that’s because of the app or the Delivery system in the UK (which isn’t all that great either)

If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.

Couldn’t get my stuff tracked without “shop” the app… download, get it all set up, oh what do ya know, shop doesn’t even have updates on shipping. Items were delivered without any knowledge to myself that they were ever even shipped. “Ready for shipping” is all it had for days and days. No location. No estimates. Nothing. Again as the title states, this app is pointless.

I keep getting the same pop ups over and over again. This has been going on for the last three weeks!

New update is entirely too confusing. Current orders and payment plans are not easily accessible. The wrong tap takes you on a loophole of unnecessary information.
