The app and the online shop they use I plus care is a complete SCAM. I bought a 450usd coffee machine and received a scented oil sample instead. Also, when you download this app it requests authorization to read all your emails. Not cool. Dont download

If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.

Couldn’t get my stuff tracked without “shop” the app… download, get it all set up, oh what do ya know, shop doesn’t even have updates on shipping. Items were delivered without any knowledge to myself that they were ever even shipped. “Ready for shipping” is all it had for days and days. No location. No estimates. Nothing. Again as the title states, this app is pointless.

I keep getting the same pop ups over and over again. This has been going on for the last three weeks!

New update is entirely too confusing. Current orders and payment plans are not easily accessible. The wrong tap takes you on a loophole of unnecessary information.
