SIB Mirror+ : Mobile Banking

In ios, SIB Mirror app suddenly closing while login. It was worked smoothly without any issues. After last update, it’s horrible. Can’t use

I have a NRI account in SIB. But I can’t open the application and even send the money to any one. I am using iphoneX

Thank you for developing a user friendly banking app. Please note that the face login not working on iphone 14 pro. Hope you will fix it soon.

Bad for NRI people No proper explanations No solutions

The app is responding very slowly in iPhone 14 Pro. It is easily logging out when you go back from the home screen. The App is not showing Login page immediately after opening it. We have to select online banking first for login. No Biometric login is visible in this App for iPhone 14 Pro. Unable to find to increase the transaction limit. The previous version, which I was using in my iPhone 6s was much better and user friendly. Request to you to update the App immediately.

There is a issue in the application showing an error message Unable to process the request please try again Tried couple of time but showing the same

SIB Mirror+ application doesn’t support Face ID and so all Apple users who are using Face ID type your password always. It’s very shame that the Bank team they are not giving attention on this kind of things for a long period. I called the customer care they are telling me to send mail to customer care for this issue. It’s very bad that they are not addressing this kind of issues.
