There was no mention of any monthly fees in advertising for the tracker and the only option for payment is credit card no pay pal so you have to give your card details and hope

We use the tracker to assist us in transport. Each of us have to be picked up by car when travelling to and from home. The device shows where the person is and therefore when to be picked up. Saves texting during a trip. I go remote Australia. My wife tracks me. She is 3200 Km on a trip now and I can see the nature experiences she is having and I feel a part of her trip.

In the past I had trailers stolen I bought this tracker put it on the wife’s car and was amazed how well it worked feel good about my trailers now knowing if some one takes one I will find it in no time.

It doesn’t show me how much battery life anymore & now has stopped tracking

Great app very reliable, sometimes the location freezes for a while.

GPS is not working no satellite signal showing

This app/device worked well when I initially started using it, however the last few months not so much. I’ve reached out to Customer Service and they don’t have any answered and have actually quit responding to my emails. The tracking lags, sometimes hours behind even though there are good signals. Example being, the vehicle will be in my driveway but it will show still being at the store or where it was an hour or more previously. Time to bail and find something better.

this app does not alert me when car is moving i have to stay watching it

My device is only turning off when I click the button on the device its not going into dark mode

Not sure if it is the device or the app but the tracking isn’t there .
