Received my tracker yesterday morning and surprised how small it actually was. Followed instructions and charged fully before a 20 minute drive for it to locate itself. Very simple process to follow. Monthly fee is a little high, but nowhere near as much as the car it will be in or on. Great value for money and much more accurate than an AirTag. Great product.

I just bought this device and put it in place and it stopped working. I’m very disappointed as I thought this device would’ve been great. I’m gonna ask for my money back.

Very good gps.one problem they say no Hidden cost but you have to buy network coverage month-to-month or year to year which I feel is a Hidden charge I just get the £20 a month one it seems ok

Charges $20 a month per GPS puck which is just over the top expensive. I thought this price included the 2 pucks in the package but they want $20 each. The batteries in these things at a 3 minute update last about 4 days. Set it to 1 hour updates and lasts about 10 days on a single charge with the motion sense and lights turned off. Look up to see where it is and it always says it’s at one of my neighboring houses and never mine. Sometimes it says it’s in the park.

I love having an alternative to the the dealer installed XM tracking. My car was stolen: the thief knew exactly where the XM GPS transponder was located, ripped it out, and threw it out the window. I got my car back, but now I’ll be able to find it sooner and know where it has been. Just need a way to get an audible alert on my phone when it leaves the “fence”. I can’t find a way to associate a sound with the alert. Still it’s awesome!
