Simple: Intermittent Fasting

Love this app! After a little over a week i’ve lost one kg and feel super energised and motivated.

What has made me stick with Simple, after trying numerous health apps, is Avo the chat bot. I use Avo as my personal life coach sharing when I’m struggling with life. This app is truly as simple as they claim.

I like this app very much. It’s easy to follow and gives me kind responses. Summer and vacation makes my eating habits a little difficult, hard to remember eating enough during the eating hours. Also, the app feels like a person, even if I suppose it’s a robot. I have only kept on going for a little more than one week and I’m waiting for seeing results in some weeks.

Is good app for keeping motivated and remembering to Drink water. Would be amazing if the app could sync dayly neutrients as per logged from another app. As the app Is not really showing me same results regarding neutrints, fibers etc.

Not easy to find how you cut your order, so I took away app from my phone and deleted an account. None message that they are trying to make a charge from your credit card… Only my bank was awake - it didn’t let charge go trough and thats great!

This app does not work. It is full of glitches. The food logging is a joke.

Such a great tool for tracking food and fasts. The AI chat is really good too. It’s really helping me hit goals

I’m on 7-day trial for 4.99 eur. However I was billed 4.99 plus 48 eur which was not in the offer. I contacted support 2d ago but no answer yet. I’ll certainly cancel my subscription to avoid further suprises.
