Not sure why this app is so slow? Takes forever…

The app is slow and I mean really slow

This is not a good way to look after your oral health.

Improve it pls

It’s a really nice looking, easy to use app. The only issue I have with it is it takes so long to load. Everything about it is slow

The app freezes, and is slow (minutes) to perform basic functions such as switching between menu items.

App crashes. Doesn’t load. Is slow, so bad.

App doesn’t load, doesn’t work, I can see it was already reported. Please fix asap. Thank you

It used to be much better, the layout is good and everything you need for your treatment is available in a few taps of a finger. However, for the past few weeks it’s been next to impossible to use the app as it takes a very long time to load and often crashes completely, hence the low star rating. Please fix!

And currently isn’t loading at all! I need to change my tracking info. The chatbot is dreadful too, so limited.
