Brought a wifi panel for the grill that never works the main app won’t connect and this app hardly works with the grill 👎🏻

Was working great and had no issues getting setup. Installed the most recent update and now can no longer login. So can’t connect to the smoker anymore. Big disappointment

If ever there’s a time where you don’t want to be able to log into an app to control an item that cooks stuff, it’s Christmas.

Can not log in to app on a iPhone 14pro max

The new 3degree increments on the app isn’t accepted on the WiFi pellet grill unit unless it’s one of the standard temp settings that was built into the unit

I got this to upgrade my pitboss and it now does not work it is a waste and very unimpressed with it the really need to do some work on it to make it work again!!! It never logs in just sits on the log in screen with the wheel of death spinning then nothing

Since a recent iPhone update my grills won’t connect to the app. This is very annoying considering I purchased 2 wifi modules.

Every time I have tried to use my pit boss I have had issues with the app loosing data and having to reset. Now the app shuts down as soon as you tap on the icon to load. Tried reinstalling, shutting phone down and powering back on and still does not operate. Very frustrating.

When it works it works well, but it rarely connects and is a bit laggy

Don’t bother with this app,can’t find your wifi after numerous searches.
