Looked nice, functioned terribly
The overall look is nice. But emails took forever to load. Had to delete and go back to normal mail.
Bad support for faulty application
Despite the company developed the Spark is known one, they have a bad support who is not responsive to customers several emails concerning an important issue in the basics of simulate applications, I have a sending problem on iPad and contacted them many times and they just send a links to read in case I can find a solution which it is not worthy to read even, and no one care to discuss the issue and solve. I will stop using this faulty application - how come an email application is giving an error when you send an email :))) 😀.

New update
I wouldn't say I like the new update; it isn't good. Smart 2.0 is very doll, but there is no option to switch back permanently. I have to do it manually. Please take it back as soon as possible
Bugged
After releasing smart 2.0 the app got bugged alot and become hard to understand. First was better Had to delete it and search foralternative
Very Close to be rated 5 stars if few key features are developed
Outstanding after sales support response. Missing: Attaching an email item while creating a new email. Lack of calendar functionality if the email provider doesn’t support it. On outlook, you definitely have calendar even if your email provider doesn’t have one. The multi-threaded email view is often confusing, especially with long email threads. This should be an option, and provide a normal email by email view in the inbox rather than the cumulative email thread view alone. Few cosmetics would be appreciated, like more text formats, colors, etc.
