EVEDEX: Trading and Crypto

This app would get 5 stars but I can no longer use it as it doesn’t support office 365 modern authentication (the solution posted on their website won’t work with my company). It a pity as it’s a great app when it works Follow up, it has worked with MFA for the last while but is completely unreliable. If I turn off all notifications emails just don’t arrive in the inbox. I am very reluctantly going back to outlook/ios mail after being a paid user of Spark for the last 12 months.

Since a couple of years Spark is my favorite email program

Have spark app on my phone for say weekend work emails if I’m curious about work. Have desktop for normal day to day email use. But one evening went to bed with 36% battery, I know this because I always check to make sure enough battery for alarm in morning. As I charge the phone normally while working at 9am each day for the first hour. Its habit. Only if I am below 15 do I put the phone on charge other side of the bedroom which is a pain to get to, to turn off the alarm then in the morning. Anyway battery died of course with 36% and so I checked Apples “who’s draining your battery” report which is built in to the OS. Turns out after midnight spark was the only app doing stuff in the background? For the whole night. 6 hours. This is completely stupid and worrying. What could a email app be doing in the background for 6 hours. Yes ok grabbing my emails. Max Takes all of 6MB download since its the title and email address and first line of the email. so about 2 or let’s say 10 seconds max. Not 6 hours. It was the only app that drained my phone battery that night. And Apples battery report is the proof so I’m not wrong in such a damning statement ! I’m deleting the app, leave emails for work hours and putting this review up as a warning for others. If you think your battery is being used too fast check the battery report page in the setting. It’s a eye opener Apps that can’t handle their battery usage especially for “background activities” I’m just deleting from now on.

Have been using and enjoying this client for a year. But unfortunately had to unsubscribe. It has sync issues in cross platform use. For a long time I’ve been communicating with their customer services who couldn’t diagnose the issue. Finally few days ago I lost an important email which showed ‘Sent’ in one device but completely disappeared in the other (IOS and iPhone) which caused me a big hassle. Sorry to unsubscribe as it’s a good client but had no choice.

Latest iOS on recent iPad Pro and whilst idle for a couple of days this app ate 35% of the battery. It was not in the background and had background refresh turned off in settings. Deleting it after many years use and trying gmail app instead

Used to be the peak of all mail experiences, but now I’m not able to remove the “Sent with Spark” tag without premium. Please take that away and I’ll go back to loving it again :)

I used to use another app that was just as good then MS bought it and as sure as eggs are eggs ir deteriorated into a crap unreliable service. I hope it doesn’t happen this app

A pretty decent app but one with major problems; senders icons do not show up, it takes ages to sync, regularly showing emails that have been read on an other device. There’s an ugly toggle switch that can’t be removed. And as for that obnoxious tweet option…

Pay to remove sent with spark message? How low will you go?

Great app. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a “mark as spam” button
