It used to be a much better email app
The annoying and intrusive through unnecessary features is awful. The tour provides you no option to skip it. “Don’t worry, it can easily be undone” — the lie: the tour guides you through several features in a row; there is no option to undo any unsolicitedly demonstrated action, but the last in a series.

1) Don’t have “ Show most recent message at the top” 2) When I want to reply to an email mail, always wants to answer me, not the customer. Apple Mail doesn't do that, it understands that I want to reply to a customer 3)started to malfunction and crash more often than before even with the latest Apple devices...
Unusable for free
After the smart 2.0 was introduced, the app lost all of its advantages and became pretty much a demo version. Youre forced to use features that only works if youre a paid user without any option to disable those features. Ive been using spark for years now, but it seems like I have to look for alternatives.

used to be better
this app used to be my favourite but after the recent update, it became very confusing. the smart 2.0 sorting makes no sense to me and even using the usual smart sorting you can no longer mark as read only a certain segment of emails. also, there is a premium subscription now so you kind of lose a part of the features by not subscribing…
